5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
